Fire and Marbling: TheArt of American Wagyu – Dave Yasuda, Snake River Farms - American Wagyu is a hybrid of Japanese Wagyu and top quality American beef. Dave has worked for Snake River Farms for 12 years, creating content and cooking demonstration. The class includes a cooking demo, grilling types and a sample of different cuts of Snake River farm’s beef.
